About these terms

Creative Strategy Online LLC provides strategy, writing, design, website development, and scoped agent and automation services. These terms summarize how we engage with clients. They do not replace a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW). Contact hello@creativestrategyonline.com with questions.

Your project agreement

Each engagement is governed by its signed MSA and SOW. These agreements set out the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, schedule, fees, and other project terms. If this website summary conflicts with your signed agreements, the signed agreements govern, subject to applicable law. Any priority between the MSA and SOW is determined by those documents. Sending an inquiry does not create a service agreement or reserve a project start date.

Delivery

Our services are delivered digitally through documents, design files, website development, and agreed handoff materials. Deliverables, milestones, review requirements, and delivery dates are specified in the SOW. Client content, access, feedback, and approvals are provided according to the signed agreements. Changes to scope or schedule are handled under those agreements.

Payments

Website budget guidance is in US dollars (USD). Project pricing, deposits, payment schedules, taxes, third-party costs, and any recurring charges are governed by the signed MSA and SOW and reflected in the applicable invoice. We do not collect project payments through the inquiry section. Clients receive payment instructions for their agreed engagement.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility, cancellation rights, treatment of completed work and expenses, prepaid fees, and any refund timing are governed by your signed MSA and SOW, subject to applicable law. Review those provisions before signing and paying. These website terms do not impose a separate non-refundable deposit or cancellation fee.

To request a cancellation or refund, email hello@creativestrategyonline.com with your business name, project or invoice reference, and request. Follow any additional notice requirements in your signed agreements. We will review the request under those agreements and applicable law.

Revisions, ownership, and support

Included revisions, approval of additional work, intellectual property rights, third-party licenses, account access, handoff, and post-launch support are governed by the signed MSA and SOW. Website examples do not expand the scope of an individual engagement.

Results and statutory rights

This website does not guarantee particular search rankings, sales, or revenue results. Nothing in this summary excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
