Privacy Policy
Effective September 29, 2026
Who we are
Creative Strategy Online LLC provides strategy, writing, design, website development, and scoped agent and automation services. This policy describes information handling for our website and business inquiries. Contact hello@creativestrategyonline.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information collected
When you submit our inquiry form or email us, we receive the information you provide, including your name, email address, business or website, project requirements, budget, and timeline. Form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms and may be delivered to us through email notifications. Netlify also processes submission metadata and uses spam filtering to protect the form. Please do not submit payment card details, passwords, or sensitive personal records.
Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. This may include your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, referring page, and request time. See Netlify’s privacy notice.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, assess project fit, prepare proposals, communicate with clients, deliver agreed services, manage billing and business records, protect our services, and meet legal obligations. Information supplied for an inquiry is not automatically enrollment in a marketing mailing list.
Service providers and disclosures
Information is processed by providers supporting the relevant service: Netlify for website delivery, inquiry storage, and spam filtering, our email provider for communications and inquiry notifications, and Stripe when you pay through a Stripe-hosted payment page. Providers receive information needed for their role. We may also disclose relevant information to professional advisers, where required by law or legal process, or as reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.
Payments
If we send you a Stripe-hosted invoice or payment link, payment details are entered on Stripe’s page. We do not collect card numbers through this website. We may receive transaction information such as your name, billing contact details, amount, payment status, and limited payment-method details to manage your invoice. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
Fonts, cookies, and tracking
The website loads Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request font files, disclosing technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. See Google Fonts privacy information.
The website code does not set cookies, use browser storage, or include advertising pixels, session recording, or analytics scripts. It does not track your activity across third-party websites and does not change its behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. Google receives font requests as described above. Stripe’s separate payment pages may use cookies and other technologies described in its policy.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, taking into account the status of an inquiry or client relationship, contractual requirements, accounting and legal obligations, and the need to resolve disputes. Records may remain in provider backups according to their retention processes. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your requests
You may email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided. Describe the information and request without sending sensitive identity documents. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, ongoing services, or legal claims. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law; this policy does not limit statutory rights.
Processing locations and other sites
We operate in the United States. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. External client websites and other linked sites are operated independently and have their own privacy practices.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and this site is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes before they take effect.
